Our Team

Dr. Hester graduated from University of Portland in 1983. He then continued his dental studies at Oregon Health Science University and graduated in 1987. After graduating he practiced in Portland for seven years before moving back to his hometown area of Redmond/Bend to be closer to his family and to raise his children in a "small town". He now resides in Bend with his wife and five children.

Dr. Arredondo graduated from the University of Loma Linda School of Dentistry in 2004. He has received several awards for academic accomplishments and for his clinical skills. He now lives in Bend with his wife, Lisa and two boys, Samuel and Gabriel. Dr. Arredondo has a love for music, photography, outdoor activity, and remains active on his church's worship team.

Stacey has been a member of our team since May of 1992. She grew up on the Oregon Coast and is happy to live in Central Oregon, where the sky is blue instead of gray when you wake up. She is a Fitness Instructor in her spare time. She also enjoys wake-boarding, boating, camping and spending time with her husband and two dogs, Tanner and Chloe.

Barbara has been with us since 2005. She was born and raised in Tacoma, Wa, where she worked as a dental assistant for 14 years. She graduated from Pierce College in 1996 as a dental hygienist. Barbara has two children, David and Angela and a Rat Terrier named Jack.

Debbie grew up in the Portland area. Debbie joins Bend Family Dentistry with many years of experience. She is a graduate of Oregon Health Science University. After several years of vacationing in the Bend area, she is happy to be living here permanently now. In her free time she enjoys outdoor recreation with her family and black lab, Pepper.

Diana was born and raised in Texas. She graduated from Dental Assisting School in 1990. She has been married for 19 years, and has two boys, Ben and Josh. Diana loves crafting, camping and spoiling her two dogs.

Jeniffer is a Certified Dental Assistant. She has been in the dental field for six years. She was born and raised in Tennessee. Jeniffer, her husband and two children love Central Oregon. They enjoy the outdoors, camping and bowling.

Julie has been in the dental field for 19 years. She grew up in Lake Tahoe, California. She loves the wide open spaces of Central Oregon. She enjoys trail riding wih her Appaloosa, Riley, and her Pembroke Welsh Corgi, Halley.

Kim has worked with Dr. Hester since 1997. She has been in the dental field for more than 15 years. She earned her certification for Dental Assisting in both California and Oregon. She enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her husband and three boys.

Nancy has been working with Dr. Hester since his practice opened nine years ago. She attended Foothill College in Los Altos, California. She has worked as a Dental Hygienist worldwide for over twenty years. She and her family have a small farm in Bend.

Sue has been a member of our team since October 2003. She enjoys hiking and the outdoors. She loves spending time with her husband, children and three grandchildren.

Susie has been with Dr. Hester since 1997. She has been an Expanded Function Dental Assistant for over 13 years. She and her family enjoy Central Oregon. They enjoy the outdoors and horse sports.

Tianna graduated in 2003 from Oregon Health Science University with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. She has lived in Sisters for 10 years with her husband, Jason. She loves scrapbooking, shopping and spending time outdoors with her Rat Terrier, Ackley.

Tracy has been in the dental field since 2002. She grew up in Molalla, Oregon. Her three children keep her busy. She enjoys spending time with her family and is happy to be in Central Oregon.
